I've found myself needing to re-compile Open Office on a 4.11STABLE
box. I've done this successfully before and had kept all the .gzips so
I DL'd the port for 1.1.3 (1.1 is now 1.1.4 and I could never get that
to finish (or run as a package)), renamed it to openoffice-1.1 in
/usr/ports, went in and ran make. It goes for quite a while and then
stops with this:
com_sun_star_lib_connections_pipe_PipeConnection.c:544: dereferencing
pointer to incomplete type
com_sun_star_lib_connections_pipe_PipeConnection.c: At top level:
com_sun_star_lib_connections_pipe_PipeConnection.c:558: syntax error
before "void"
dmake: Error code 1, while making
'../../unxfbsd.pro/slo/com_sun_star_lib_connections_pipe_PipeConnection.obj'
---* TG_SLO.MK *---
ERROR: Error 65280 occurred while making
/usr/ports/editors/openoffice-1.1/work/OOo_1.1.3_src/jurt/source/pipe
dmake: Error code 1, while making 'build_all'
---* TG_SLO.MK *---
*** Error code 255
I've compiled and installed /usr/ports/java/jdk14. When I first
succeeded at this (OO.o) it stopped as well but successive runs of make
eventually finished it up and it ran fine. Not this time; it stops here
every time.
Any ideas about fixing or circumventing this? I've noticed that there
are ports that seem to retain config settings even after a make clean,
where are these kept, and is there something I can blow out for
OpenOffice?
thanks all,
r
