By the way, the beta4 snapshot has just been released, and i am happy to
report that the bug which freezed the previous snapshots under qemu has been
solved (apparently vmware has been solved also). Hence you can play cheaply
with the 6.0 using qemu.

The only little problems i have encountered:
going to fixit mode from the live cdrom, the directory /var/db doesn't exist
and as a consequence dhclient doesn't work. The following works:
mkdir /var/db
dhclient ed0
Then contrary to the ISC dhclient, this doesn't fill /etc/resolv.conf, one
has to do it by hand.
After that one can ssh to another machine no problem, very nice.
