Creating package building cluster

hi,

I'm searching for information to setup an package bulding cluster. The main
reason is to have a independant package repository wich meet my
server-setups and settings wich are enabled inside the ports.
The official package ftp is a little bit too generic and doesn't fit with
the default portssettings (there are much too konservative) my server
setup.

to bring to to the point :) I'm looking for somekind of "how to create your
own PACKAGESITE"

I hope you understand what i mean :)
