I am surprised nobody has suggested the following:

 1. remove existing disk

 2. replace with larger disk

 3. execute your full system restore procedure

This is a fine opportunity to test your restore procedure. And if
you don't yet have a restore procedure, it's a fine opportunity to
develop one.
