Since the mailertable feature has been active in FreeBSD's default
setup for quite a while now, I've come to prefer the mailertable
line:
.. esmtp: my.providers.smart.host
Saves you from creating a new .mc and remembering that you did
that when you run mergemaster the next time ;-)
