Last time I looked /bin/mail did *not* handle attachments, it'll
do for sending a plain text mail or even (with the aid of uuencode, cat
and a little care uuencoded binaries - but MIME is I think quite beyond
the capabilities of /bin/mail.
I think metasend from the metamail package is about the most
minimal implementation that will do the job.
