Radius, LDAP, YP etc...

Hello
We currently have a park of machines made of Linux, Windows, FreeBSD.
We have one FreeBSD server running Samba, yellow-page services etc..
Windows machine authenticate against samba
Linux and FreeBSD authenticate using YP.
All intranet, web pages etc are authenticated using cyrus_pwcheck so it can use the same password as what users use to log on their machine.
Obviously, the information has to be duplicated for windows machine and samba has its own password file and can't use pwcheck or yp.
What I'd like to introduce now is radius authentication so people can use their login details to connect on the wireless network.
I had a read over Radius, but I couldn't see anything that would allow me to use the system password.
Any hints to a howto, or web site explaining on how this could be achieved?
Thank you
Regards
JY
