What is the incantation to restore the boot sector?
Usually the first victim of warring multiboot installations is the
Master Boot Record (MBR), which resides on the first sector of the disk.
You could try and employ boot0cfg to reinstall fresh code there. Of
course, don't forget to consult boot0cfg(8) and boot(8) first.
Hello,
Don't install freebsd's boot loader on the MBR but rather on the partion's
BR. This way windows has its own NTLoader and FreeBSD has it's own.
