GMIRROR or ATACONTROL ?

Hi
I'm going to setup a new simple fileserver with just 2 HDD (P)ATA 250GB
in RAID1

I did try both ATACONTROL RAID 1 and GMIRROR software raid solution and
let's say that GMIRROR seems "more"... more.... well, just one step
above atacontrol as reliability (imho).

But curious to hear from you.
If you have to choose which one you will go with ? ...and why ?
