path-o-matic for freebsd ?

Hello

I use ipfw. But i would like to use some
extensions which are known from linux
netfilter path-o-matic like:
1. Time access
2. Conditional rules
3. Time penalties (recent module)
4. Quota

Are there any extensions for freebsd which could
allow me to use such mechanisms ?

Thanx
.
