I managed to AVOID the error by calling close(s) on the opened socket after each sendto() function call.
I'm going to ask you one last time to show me the ****FULL CODE****
instead of repeating the same vague and non-helpful statements, so I
can try to solve this problem.

AFAICT there should not be a memory leak in the situation you
describe. I cannot fix it if I cannot reproduce it, and I cannot
reproduce it without a complete copy of your code.
