Aside from the lameness of the question, that jpd alluded to, you can
almost certainly hack such a thing together with a fistfull of lines of
python: python has nice libraries for both nntp and html operations.
Another alternative: use wget or curl or fetch on
groups.google.com/something.
Another alternative: use the leafnode (or leafnode+) ports to establish a
local usenet spool for the group in question, and then use an html mail
formatter like squirrelmail to format the messages to your taste (usenet
message format is mostly compatible with SMTP message format, and for just
fomatting, the differences probably don't matter.)
Or just use expect or the like to speak the appropriate nntp commands down
a telnet connection to port 119 of your nearest news server. NNTP is
amazingly simple.
Don't forget to get in touch and cut me in on the royalty stream when the
scam takes off....
