Sometimes xorg.conf screen saving doesn't activate

This is my ServerFlags section of xorg.conf:

Section "ServerFlags"
Option "BlankTime" "0"
Option "StandbyTime" "0"
Option "SuspendTime" "0"
Option "OffTime" "5"
EndSection

Most of the time the monitor goes off after five minutes,
but sometimes it never does. It's staring to annoy me.

What's causing this? Anything I can do?

It's happened through all Xorg versions I've tried.

drm0: <ATI Radeon NH R350 9800 Pro> on vgapci0

Thanks.
