csh core dumped,any suggestions?

Some days ago, I have installed a software in FreeBSD 7.
After executed the installing scripts, I found it can not login if I
exit it.
After some tests, I found the accounts have the same problem if their
shell is csh.
If I change shell to sh, it can be logged in.
When executing csh script, error tips is: Segmentation fault (core
dumped).
At first, I thought maybe the class files of csh have been damaged.
I tried to buildworld, but the problem was still there.

Best Reguards.
