The warning about libXfont is spurious. Why's it trying to install

I've since done a ports install of portupgrade-devel followed by pkgdb
-F and the latter fixed those inconsistencies (or it says it did;
haven't got back to gkrellm yet). I'm just about to portupgrade -ai
.... followed by a segue into portmanager -u. Please, what's broken?
