cvsupfile sanity check (FreeBSD 7.0)

Did a clean install of 7.0 (love it!) but my cvsupfile
which worked in 6.x now seems to delete all my ports and I'm just
not seeing why. Clues? Prefer to run 7.0-STABLE.
