Well, by golly, we DO agree on something! All y'have t'do is watch a
Windows so-called admin frantically point and click his way through that
mess to have an idea of what you (and I) mean - there's no understanding,
in most cases, just a Pavlovian response to the bell (problem).
Dunno, maybe we'll diverge here: I believe you need to know the _basics_
of the system but not necessarly the hidden details in order, as a user,
to make effective use of it. Of course, the more you know the more
effective you can be, but ...
Just remember to keep smilin' - makes people wonder what you're up to.
