dial in with netbsd 1.5

dial in with netbsd 1.5
the server is installed with netbsd 1.5 and one modem for fax( hylafax
function).
I need to stop the hylafax and then I can dial in from remote office.
I can't stop hylafax as it is in linux.
can u advise this?
