NetBSD termcap/terminfo problem

    Hello folks!

     I am running NetBSD 1.6.1 on a Pentium200, trident VGA 16bit 512k card.

     I am with some trouble while running programs that uses ncurses and/or
    ascii schemes such as lynx or BitchX. The screen gets screwd and so.

     I have already tried several termcaps, several terminal types, linux,
    vt100, vt220, but none of them worked.

     Anyone have any idea ?
