I used, or tried to use, a 1.5.2 workstation (Athlon 1300 MHz) but never got as
far as Mozilla, was unable to get past the login prompt, and unable to boot
single-user using the generic kernel, though I was able to boot the installation
kernel and install. I think there are no browsers at all on a NetBSD CD set
that you might order, you would have to download, or has this changed in the
last few months?
My NetBSD 1.5.2 partition sits idle, waiting for me to decide between NetBSD
1.6.1 or future release, FreeBSD 5.1 or later release, or something else.
For NetBSD users who have better luck running NetBSD than I have, why is
Mozilla such a beast?
