    There were just a couple of lines I needed to rem out to get them
    accepted by ksh93 and I have one user setup with it now. I don't
    know yet how vital these are.

    in .kshrc I have:
            # set -o braceexpand
            # set -o vi-tabcomplete

    in .profile I have:
            # ulimit -n 1024
