It was one of the fixes I made upstream, and is as noted available online
already. But downstream, there are many places. I have mail-aliases or
mailing lists to notify people who're interested in xterm, ncurses, lynx, vile,
dialog, cdk, cproto, diffstat, vttest - and have made fixes for all of those in
the past few months.
