Bug in -current ports for tightvnc

A couple of things:
1) There's a problem with the -curent version of net/tightvnc in
'ports'. Building the package "works", but trying to install it:
# make install

2) I have no idea how to submit this bug, as I believe "sendbug"
doesn't apply to ports. Can someone send this problem off to the
correct person and also let me know how to submit such bugs in the
future?
