Memory Fault while installing OpenBSD 3.3

I keep getting a "memory fault" while installing OpenBSD 3.3. It appears
after it trys to configure the nodes during the installation process. I
downloaded my copy of the system through a windows 98 FTP program. Then
through the bootable CD I created from the image online I started to
install. I mounted the partition windows was on to access the installation
packages then installed them. After this was finished it got to the portion
where it configures the nodes then froze. I hit enter a few times and it
gave me a memory fault error. Any help would be appreciated
