OpenBSD3.3 FTP-Server

Hi all,

Have following problem.
I set up a ftp-server (ftpd) now I want to download files or save
files, but after connecting to ftp (connecting works) he cannot list
the files following error occurs:

425 Can't build data connection: Connection refused.

I tried passive mode but it didnīt work out.

Following scheme: FTP-Server/Firewall(Router)/FTP-Client

Are there other changes to make on ftp-server an where can i configure
it.

Hope someone out there can help.
