configuring squid for url control

    I'm configuring squid for denying access to certain url with certain words (someting like sex, porn, hard etc. etc.).
    The problem is that if I use type IP address instead of URL deny rule doesn't work. There is a way to force reverse lookup and make squid check for url even when IP address is typed?
