Both apcupsd and nut seem to compile and run on OBSD, but I haven't
installed a UPS yet to finish my test. I think both allow you to run
the daemon in slave mode to be shut down by another instances on some
other box.
nut, in particular, has a good list of supported devices, and has
OBSD-specific instructions.
