The example configuration from pppoe(8), also given in
/etc/ppp/ppp.conf.sample, basically works for Arcor-DSL here.
Since it is substantially the same as Thorsten Glaser's at
http://www.templeofhate.com/tglaser/howto/dsl.php
it should also work for T-DSL and NetDSL (Netcologne).
