I don't think so. The ports.tar.gz file was in the 3.4 directory at
openbsd.org. Sooo I thought I'd give packages a try instead. Used
the directions about setenv from the docs, did pkg_add dillo-0.7.3.tgz
and each file failed to transfer with the error <unknown command> Not
having a happy bsd experience here :-(
