I got it compiled and (sort of) work got it working OK. I'm not happy
with a few config quirks that I couldn't get resolved, so I've flipped
to using Postfix. Postfix and I seem to get along much better, I've
just got to get some more anti-spam stuff configured and I'll be really
happy.
