I am having some trouble with bgpd in the stable branch of OpenBSD
3.5. I couldn't find any relevant information anywhere else on what
some of the messages I am getting might be caused by. Here is a very
common message I am getting:
Jul 24 18:49:11 bosshogg bgpd[27401]: send_rtmsg: action 3, prefix
202.56.153.0/24: No buffer space available
and
Jul 24 18:52:26 bosshogg bgpd[27401]: send_rtmsg: action 1, prefix
143.127.12.0/22: No such process
The first line I tend to get in recurring bursts. I'd love to know
what these mean because they are serious enough to print to the
console.
I'm also having a problem where all interfaces on the machine are
unresponsive and when I type ifconfig, it lists no devices along with
an error message stating that it could not find or connect to the
interface or something. If this is of any interest to anybody I will
be happy to get the exact message. I'm not sure if this problem is
related to bgpd, although it only seems to happen while it is running.
Here is my dmesg:
