Just get ntp-4.something from the packages directory up at ftp.openbsd.org.
Do a pkg_add and you are ready to go. I have been using tick.wustl.edu as
my time source. So your /etc/ntp.conf would have "server 128.252.19.1".
Also good to have a drift file such as "driftfile /etc/ntp.drift" also in
the config file. Create the drift file with the content "0.0". Reboot
and you should be good to go. The documentation is also in the packages
directory. Or you could just go to www.ntp.org.
