Since the IPF licensing debacle the project has been extremely careful
about contributed software licensing. Indeed, PF demonstrated that better
and more capable project-written software can replace contributed code.
I have notified Google about the apparent libel in the OP. I no longer
have Theo's address so if someone else wants to notify him, please do so.
