No it doesn't. What "255.255.255.255 255.255.255.255 192.168.0.135
 192.168.0.135" shows is that to send a broadcast it must be sent out
its local interface.

adiavr, do you still have connectivity? If so what is the problem? Why
does it matter what IP address the gateway uses when it sends out its
ICMP messages?
