In my (new) search for more address bits, I ran across the newisys servers
(which are being resold by Sun as the v20z and v40z). They look like really
sweet boxes, especially because they aren't limited to 3GB of RAM.
Has anyone put OpenBSD on these yet?

They look to have straightforward architecture, but they have their own memory
controller. I don't immediately care about the SCSI controller.
Thanks!
