PPTP client not using VPN DNS servers set...

Hi,
I'm having problem getting my VPN server (using PPTP) make the client use
the DNS servers that it sets.

My DNS servers are 10.10.7.1 10.10.7.3.

my "/etc/ppp/ppp.conf"
---- ---- ---- ----
pptp:
deny pap
deny chap
disable pap
disable chap
disable ipv6cp
enable proxy
enable MSChapV2
accept dns
set dns 10.10.7.1 10.10.7.3
set ifaddr 10.10.7.251 10.10.7.200-10.10.7.220
set mtu max 1490
set mru max 1490
set nbns 10.10.7.1
set mppe 128 stateless
set timeout 0
delete! HISADDR
add! HISADDR 10.10.7.251
# enable dns
---- ---- ---- ----

The client is windows XP
ipconfig /all

Can anyone shed and light onto this?
Anyone got it working fine? Can I please have a look at your config files?

Thanks
