Patch branch won't compile - HELP!

Well, I downloaded the source, recompiled the kernel, and it booted
beautifully. When I do:
# rm -r /usr/obj/*
# make obj && make build
This is what I get:
===> libocurses/PSD.doc
install -c -o root -g bin -m 444 Makefile Master appen.A appen.B
appen.C c_macros doc.I doc.II doc.III doc.IV ex1.c ex2.c fns.doc
intro.0 intro.1 intro.2 intro.3 intro.4 intro.5 intro.6 life.c macros
twinkle1.c twinkle2.c win_st.c /usr/share/doc/psd/19.curses
install: Target: /usr/share/doc/psd/19.curses
*** Error code 71
Stop in /usr/src/lib/libocurses/PSD.doc (line 47 of
/usr/share/mk/bsd.doc.mk).
*** Error code 1
Stop in /usr/src/lib/libocurses.
*** Error code 1

*** Error code 1

Any idea why this might be? I'm running a PII with 64MB RAM (the
machine is my firewall).
Any help would be appreciated.
