OpenBSD 3.9 and simh.

I'm trying to install OpenBSD on Simh.
But (after installing the OS) hd reboot I obtain always the same error:
rootdev=0x900 rrootdev=0x900 rawdev=0x902
filesystem type 0 not known.. assuming ffs
panic: cannot mount root
