Anyone recognize this filename?

I just found this filename in my home directory:
-rw------- 1 daf daf 211 Apr 23 09:46 /home/daf/.TestRegistryrc

It has contents

# This file is automatically generated by the application
# If you change any lines or add new lines, note that all
# comments and empty lines will be deleted. Every line has
# to be in format:
# key = value
#
This file apparently was created while I was running 4.0.
Does any OpenBSD package generate windows files?

Thanks.
