xhost and shot screen

I set xhost + on the server, and got the follow messages:
> xhost +
access control disabled, clients can connect from any host
xhost: must be on local machine to enable or disable access control.
The server system is SunOS 4.1.3_U1 1 sun4m.
On the client, I got errors as below:
Xlib: connection to "host:0.0" refused by server
Xlib: Client is not authorized to connect to Server
/usr/openwin/bin/xwd: unable to open display 'host:0.0'
usage: /usr/openwin/bin/xwd [-display host:dpy] [-debug] [-help] [-root|-id
<id>|-name <name>] [-nobdrs] [-out <file>] [-xy] [-add value] [-frame]
xwdtopnm: couldn't read XWD file header no can do.
