Ok, that was a particularly bad example (too local). Try this
one instead:

    http://www.scd.ucar.edu/docs/ssh/guide/

BTW, the OpenSSH pages has a good FAQ as well:

    http://www.openssh.org/

Note that different implementations of SSH uses different names
of some files and different procedures for doing stuff. Find
out from the manual pages for your ssh.
