When I open a telnet session on Windows 98 desktop, its window does
not display scrolling facility. But from an NT desktop, the telnet-window
does come up with a scroll-bar. Is it possible to have a scroll-bar
for the same on windows-98 desktop as well? Which property setting
would help me achieve the result?

    Thanks in advance.
