SCO UnixWare 8.0 largefile problem with nfs mounted storage

Have problem creating largefile (more then 2G) on nfs mounted disk.
command returns:
#dd if=/dev/zero of=bigfile.test bs=100000 count=30000
UX:dd: ERROR: Write error: Invalid argument
21475+0 records in
21474+0 records out
Same command on local (vxfs) file system works fine. I think there is
not problem with remote machine or export - creating large file on
same export from hp-ux machine works fine.
On SCO Knowledge Center I cant find any usable information about
problem.
