All:
I have an unusual requirement I'm trying to find the best method for,
being quite aware of the inherent security risks.
Over an HTTPS (SSL) connection, I'd like to provide a TELNET or SSH
terminal login to that machine the web server is, much like a console
connection to the box. An ideal solution for me would be to provide
an SSH client, served by a web-server, that provides a portal into the
network the web-server is on, as in the SSH client would be able to
make a connection from the web server itself to other local systems
the web server is adjacent to (presumably the RFC1918 networks behind
the web server, etc.).
Any / all suggestions welcome. Thanks in advance!
Search for "SSL VPN".
