I am pleased to announce the availability of Draft 5
to Technical Corrigendum 2 to the Austin Group specifications,
aka IEEE POSIX 1003.1, the Base Specifications Issue 6 of the
Single UNIX Specification and ISO 9945:2003. This document is
now available for review, the review runs from 30 September to at least
November 5th.
Formal IEEE and The Open Group balloting will occur on this
draft. All interested parties are invited to comment on this
document. You can obtain the draft from the Austin Group website,
you need to join the Austin Group mailing list to get a
web id and password
