well, my reason for posting it in c.l.c is:

C is a fairly popular language and i guessed most concurrent and
parallel programming has been done in C. So I thought C programmers
are one group of people who may have good understanding of these
topics. I could be wrong in thinking this but that's what i thought
when I posted. Lets not take it seriously. If you think it's been
off-topic, just ignore it...
