About NETBIOS i

does someone know how can i get NETBIOS name information of the all
nodes at LAN ?

i know we can send a udp package to inquiry the netbios information.
and there also is a open source software "NBTscan" , it work like this
way.

but it's a hard job to understand these codes. Does someone can give a
framework that name service package works in netbios environment?
