Retreiving TCP long options from tcphdr

Hi 2 all
I am new to this group. I m developing a packet sniffer for my company.
I managed to capture packets along with relevent info abt headers but
nt able 2 get values of TCP long options like SACK,WINSIZE etc
I tried getsockopt () but in vein.
Some peice of code expected!!
