Dear all,
I have a programe act as client to get some info from server via
polling. Every time it does this, a new socket will be created first
like this "tcp_connection = socket( AF_INET, SOCK_STREAM, 0 );" and
after got , the socket will be close

shutdown(tcp_connection, SD_BOTH);
closesocket(tcp_connection);

But if after a during time, I will get a Debug message "out of socket".

How can I do it right?

Thanks!

closesocket()? I've seen that on Windows, but not on UNIX. If you don't close(tcp_socket_fd), you will run out of file descriptors.
