    Webpath supports Linux, FreeBSD, and Windows. They have ton of local
    dialup numbers and also offer DSL.

    I use webpath.us and I've been able to connect from everywhere I've
    been, even Canada.

    Previously they just had a link to a Linux ppp tutorial but have
    recently been pursuing Linux and FreeBSD customers. They have *nix
    step by step tutorials now. I followed their tutorial for setting on
    setting up the xisp GUI and now have over 20 connections I can access
    with just a mouse click.

    The tutorial is for Linux and FreeBSD so you would be able to use the
    same on both operating systems. You can find the tutorial here:
